How much do you actually work?

Lately it's been about an hour a day, maybe less. I've really been slacking off and I need to get back to schedule.

Pretty much every waking hour of my day, which is about 16.

That's why I'm an extremely rare site around these parts. 😛

Insert obligatory Office Space reference here.

Gladly

Bob Slydell: If you would, would you walk us through a typical day, for you?
Peter Gibbons: Yeah.
Bob Slydell: Great.
Peter Gibbons: Well, I generally come in at least fifteen minutes late, ah, I use the side door - that way Lumbergh can't see me, heh - after that I sorta space out for an hour.
Bob Porter: Da-uh? Space out?
Peter Gibbons: Yeah, I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I'm working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch too, I'd say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.

about ~5-7hrs on average on an 8hr day

deadlines - work about 10-12hrs a day - still getting paid for 8

i think it balances out pretty well - since the managers dont seem to care much.

On average I work 2 hours a day. Most of that time I'm at home on the VPN since I never get sh!t done at work.

What's funny is that I get more done in those 2 hours than most people get done in a week.

Micromanagement has me chained to my desk, reducing my productivity exponentially. I get about an hour and a half's work done a day in an eight hour day instead of my usual 7.5 :|

Today starting in about 10 mins is my first of 5 meetings each being about one hour long. So I'd say atleast 5 hours today.

On a typical lazy day, maybe an hour or two.

Depends on the day..I work for a supermarket chain, so it varies on how busy we are, which shift I have, etc.
