How much do you actually work?

In any given day out of a 8-9 hour day how many of those hours do you actuallly do work?

2.5-3ish. i only work 5 hours a day.

Today, I'd say it was maybe 30 to 40 minutes. I got paid the full 8 hours, though! Ha!

My dad owns one company, my b/f owns the other.

I work approx. 1 hour a day, get a full salary (no benefits though) and 90% of the things I want to buy... I figure out a way to make it a business expense.

I work 10 hrs / day and get paid for 8. Of course, I am lucky enough not to be working on Saturdays (without pay)... how nice can life be when you have a cheap bo$$... 🙂

In a given 8 hour work day, I usually work 9-10 hours.

 

At one job, I'd say I work 4.5 - 5 hours in a five hour shift. At my other job, I think I probably work 20-30 minutes out of a 10 hour shift.

People get shi!tcanned where I work if you aren't productive. Everyone runs around with their sh!t all day, getting a hold of anyone is a pain in the ass. Damn C&I consolidation, integrations, and we just canned about 35% of our workforce and half our contractors.
