But if you can keep it up, then more power to ya, I'm sure the weight will keep coming off. Wish I could stand cardio @ a gym for that long...20-30 mins is my max before I cant stand the bordem. Dont have that problem lifting, but cardio is so mind numbing to me.
Yeah, I know what you mean. I think I'm going to go ahead and get a little DVD player to pass the time. They have a radio there, but between the people who just go there to talk and the guys who grunt like they're having an orgasm every time they lift 50 pounds, it's kind of hard to hear.
