I know this is a necro thread, but I'm just going to /flex at paying $30/month for internet... and thats it. Screw your stupid $100/month cable internet packages. I've taken the Comcast log out of my ass and realized it feels way better having $70/month * 12 months = $840 extra per year.

I used to pay 99.99 for last 2 years with Select and 50/50 and local for triple play but got lucky on the upgrade to Ultimate and 75/75 and now pay $70. Prices are getting cheaper for existing customers on internet deals and glitches. Speaking to reps get me no where since they try to rip you off.

I've been considering the switch just to get a good deal with verizon and then switch back to Comcast if needed. I never have any issues with Comcast so I'm hesitant to leave, around here people are constantly complaining about Verizon.

Verizon gave my a mystery credit of $773.94 in back in April. I haven't paid my bill in 5 months and still have a credit of $208. I get -$27.49 in tax credit so my final bill after taxes is $65.84 for a $70 triple play package which is then paid for every month from my mystery credit. My triple play bundle is Ultimate Extreme, 75/75 internet, and local phone unlimited. I truly have the greatest fios price of all time! NUFF SAID!

My tax credit comes from the Video Franchise Fee of -38.03
