The printer, CRT and router shouldn't count towards your computer use, heh.

I should say that my box alone uses 132W while idle and 168W while full bore.

15" CRT adds another 85W.

403W.

I don't think this is very accurate, though, because of the fixed mobo power usage. I have an SLI board with all the nF4 goodies (NIC, 1394, audio, etc.) and an extra molex power plug on the mobo. I know for a fact it takes more power than my old mobo w/nothing onboard.

397w. This is incorrect. My PSU is a 350w Enermax; even with Enermax's reputed 10% overkill factor, this thing should've exploded by now.

Calculator is OFFICIALLY bunk.

this only tells you the watts if everything in your computer is running at maximun power all at once, which is not too likely to happen;)

I've created that worst-case scenario more than a few times.

Calculated 608 watts.

Powered by a Enermax 465 watt PSU...

Should probably look into getting a 700 watt SLI PSU...

Any suggestions?

357 but I know for a fact that I am actually using 149 watts. This calculator is a bunch of bunk. Even when running games, I nowhere near 357.

One example of the bunk in this calculator is the the usb section says that each powered usb device uses 5 watts even though the usb spec only provides 2.5watts of power per device. Even with power supply inefficiency calculated in, a usb device does not use 5 watts.

Before anybody jumps to go buy a 600 watt power supply, I would suggest getting a kill-a-watt power meter.
