How many really really good friends do you have?

moving bodies is not even 1/10th the work it takes to help somebody move their residence.
Hell I've helped this guy down at the corner bar named Lou move bodies several times before just so I could say I did my good deed for the day and I hardly know that guy.

Probably just one right now, not including my SO. My brother is most definitely my best friend, so he makes up for a lot. Unfortunately he's 800 miles away

Right now, my number has dwindled to to friends marriages, or relocations. The number of people that I know would do anything for me is 3-4. I've always considered myself to be a better friend to my friends than most of them are to me.

I used to be that close to 8-10 ppl.

Close friends? I'd say about 3-5. I have a lot of other friends that aren't nearly as close as those few.

I have 5 that i see about everyday...other than that i some really good friends from college that i still keep in touch with.

I feel pretty lucky and I think it's around 8-10. I have a pretty solid core of friends who have seen me at some really bad times and still are around.
