100 even, then arms start shaking, don't try to do anymore. Might be mental thing (i.e. you set a number as a goal and get super tired at the last 10 before the goal, and can't go any further??) lol
How old are you?

My friends and I did this thing in college where we did 3000 pushups in 12 days... doesn't sound too hard... it's really easy for the first few days, but then the soreness starts kicking in, and you still have to do your 250 pushups a day.

You know what I find much harder than pushups? Freaking pull ups, the kind with your palms facing away from you. God I hate those....
Anyway, TallBill, I'll bet you get up to about 60 non-stop. If I take a little 10-15 second breather at around 70, I think I could go past 100 pretty easily, but haven't tried <-- too lazy. No friends to make stupid bets with anymore, and my brother is away at college.![]()
Do you measure that as total weight on the barbell, or weight per hand (total / 2)? If it's the former, I do well to get in 10 repetitions of 40 lbs.Originally posted by: Spudd
BTW, what's the max barbell curl you guys can do properly? I'm up to 120lbs now, which is pretty damn good for me, considering my max 2 years ago was 80 lbs!!

Hopefully this will improve over time.
