How many processes do you have running at startup?

Using 2k or XP, at startup (doing the 3 finger salute) using Task Manager, under processes (not applications) just how many do you have running?

Don't forget to subtract one for Task Manager itself running at the time and let the system settle down after the desktop shows since some M$ processes shut down after a few seconds.

I average around 25-30 while playing around online. I have 3 profiles setup so I can choose which to use at bootup, one named default (which is what is started in a fresh install), one named safe (which I use for everyday stuff and it's set to boot to it automaticly if I don't make a choice in 10sec, and one named benching (guess what I use it for ), in benching I have 7 running.
