I voted 8.
Bottom 2 aren't clearly visible, but top 4 and 2 small things above them are.

I pretty much have four. I was never really built with a "6 pack." It's a genetic thing. Ronnie Coleman has a 4-pack too and if anybody was bound to have a 1-jillion pack through working out, it'd be him.

really?
i would tend to think it's more of a diet/workout thing.

Mine's a seven when I'm really cut. The asymmetry is shared by my younger brother. It's genetic.

I've never quite understood this. Do you count when flexed or unflexed?

Anyway, I'd say 8 for me. The top two don't really show up until I flex, though.

my 6 pack is definitely visible but i'm still not as lean as i would like to be.

i've lose 10lbs in the past 6-7 weeks and i plan on trying to lose like 4-5 more and will hopefully be as lean as i want to be. i just don't want to get under 200lbs.

but last summer i was 178lbs and was pretty much as lean as i am now (maybe a lil leaner) so this summer i'll be about as lean as i was back then but 20lbs heavier.

I'd say one still. On a good day in the morning when flexing you might see the hint of them, but other than that, nothin. But i've never had a 6-pack, even when I was 6' and weighed 130lbs freshmen year (180lbs now).

Partly. But genetics still plays a big factor.

I don't have anything worth bragging about. But I don't think I could ever really have a six pack, genetics again. I mean I could cut and cut and cut, but by the time a hardcore pack would show I would be down to skin and bones.

Nothing except the lines that outline where the six-pack will be. I'm at about 18% body fat, so I've still got a bit of cutting before I'll see anything.

ya... I've got a keg. I'm not really fat, just kinda flabby. If I bend over for a little while, and then stand up, my rolls kind of look like abs...

I'm scrawny and have good genetics I guess because I always have a 6-pack, regardless of whether I actually do ab work or not. I guess that's another nice effect of having 6 or 7% bf :)

I voted 4, though I'm getting close to 6. I guess I'm gonna have to get down to 8% BF to see the rest of 'em.

It's called gh gut.

I won't deny that, but it doesn't change the fact that his genetics dictate that he will have 4 protruding groups composing his rectus abdominus. :p
