I thought this would be an interesting question. Since it seems such a popular centerpiece of quite a bit of video-related discussion, I felt it was appropriate to post here. So many graphics card questions or replies include the "well if you want to play Crysis decently" comment when choosing a video card for example.
But really, I know of none of my friends who actually play it past one time, and I know of no one who actually plays it for any length of time. I didn't particularly like the game myself, but that's just me. It just seemed like an eye candy "demonstration" walkthrough, and frustrating at times.
I don't see people rushing home to play it, now CoD4 that's another story. So my question is, how many actually play it and find themselves playing it exclusively, or am I correct in assuming it's gained popularity as more of a "benchmark" to judge your system by?
