Oh, who clicked "70+" in the poll? My foot!
I get 13-14 mpg in my gas-sucking SUV. 

2001 Trooper/3.5L V6. Worse mileage (not by much, though...) than same-size SUVs w/small V8's. Granted, I'm 90% happy with the power (it'll fly, but you have to nail the pedal, and that makes the gas gauge needle go "Whheeeeeee!!! *thunk*) but I wish it got just a little better mileage. I'd be happy with high-teens.
The trade-off however, is that there's no place I can't go (low-range 4WD is the true schiznitz), rain-flooded streets are nary a challenge, and lowered Civic Del Sols get stuck b/t my tire and the wheelwell...like a piece of gum on the bottom of your shoe.
Also, I could pretty much fit the average econobox ricemobile in the back of my truck w/the rear seats folded down. (j/k, but it's close...moved two bookcases last week... each 5 feet tall by 4 feet wide...no problem)
