how many hours do you sleep per night

I try to get 8, usually get 8, sometimes its less if I get involved with something on the computer and get to bed a couple hours late.

I sleep a full 8 hours most nights, but i am still very tired when i wake up.🙁 I guess I should try something different!

3-4 for me

Ideally 5-6 - any more and i am tired ALL day. Seriously - if i get too much sleep (like I sometimes "sleep in" on weekends) I feel "zombified" like I am in a fog that i can't shake for most of the day.

the second question needs to be worded differently, is it asking how much sleep I would like to need, because that answer would be 0, or how much sleep I'd like to be able to get, because for that I put new hobby.

Sleep 6, want 8.

I used to have real bad insomnia where I would get 3 - 4 hours a night and my life was an absolute hell because of it. A lot of different things contributed to it and I'm just now starting to get it all under control. The biggest problem is I HATE sleeping. I HATE going to bed when there are things I want to get done.

Aside from the standard "I'd fly" response to the "if you could have one power, what would it be" question, I'd choose to reap the benefits of 8 - 9 hours of sleep without ever having to actually do it. 24 usuable hours in a day would kick ass.

I sleep 7 hours, wish I had time to get 8 so I'd feel more rested, but I would rather be able to get buy on 5 hours or less sleep, that way I'd have more time to get sh!t done.

I work from home 12 to 8, then i come to the office and work till 4. I may sleep for an hour or two during the night (if it's not too busy). 3 hours a night is a luxury.

I try to sleep 6-7 but I wish I was sleeping 8-9 on a regular basis. I also like to sleep for 1.5 hours during the day to regenerate my hormone lvl's. If I won the lottery id be sleeping/eating/going to the gym/and playing computer games...wait...I'm doing that now lol.

no, its fine if you just put a reasonable and realistic answer...obviously 0 hrs wouldn't work for anybody and i know for a fact that anything under 6 prolly isnt right for me since i need like 8 or 9 to be fully fresh.

Usually from 4.5 to 5 hours a night during the week. During the weekend the most I sleep is 7 hours
