1 x 120mm Delta intake over expansion cards, filtered, hooked to fanbus
4 x 80mm NMB (22dB each) - 1 front intake (filtered), 1 rear exhaust, 1 top exhaust, 1 in PSU. Intake and rear exhaust are on a fanbus
1 x 80mm
Top Motor - CPU fan
1 x 80mm - 10mm thick, in PSU
1 x 60mm - Radeon 9700 core fan, on a 1U copper cooler
1 x 50mm - nForce2 chipset cooler

2 intake, 3 exhaust, 4 internal
9 fans total. Granted, it's not silent, but I don't consider it to be loud either. The NMB fans are nearly silent; most of the noise is from the 120mm fan and the 80mm CPU fan, as they are also the highest air-volume movers in the system.
My room is currently 26.5C (80F). In the past hour, the CPU has peaked at 49C, and is currently at 45C. Case temp peak was 32C, current is 28C. So even in a warm room (yes, I like warm, dry air, especially in the winter), the temps are fairly stable through heavy load or idle.
And a bit about the
fanbus - it's a cheap little thing from SVC. I got it not so much for the fanbus, but for the front USB ports. Sure the fanbus is nice to have, but I don't know how much I'll need it. And the knobs aren't the best; they don't turn too easily. But the USB ports work just fine. I didn't feel like going to the trouble of making my own front-USB connector setup. And I had a free 3.5" bay begging for something to go in it.
It was fun reading the VERY poorly translated instructions too. Quite a few things from SVC like that (fanbuses, external drive enclosures) have translation errors, like "System Requirements" - that is printed on the box as "System Request." Close, I guess.
