It's going to vary enormously from person to person, even workout to workout, and you'll never know exactly. Your best bet is to estimate and then monitor the thing you can measure exactly: your weight. If it changes at the rate and in the direction you expect, then your estimates are probably accurate. If not, you'll need to tweak them.
For reference, when I was doing a cut a couple years ago, my estimates for my Bill Starr 5x5 workouts (very similar to SS) ended up around 300 calories per hour.
