Who showers twice per day? That just wastes water. An argument can be made that once per day is too much. Your skin produces more oil the more it's washed. If you chill out on the showers and shampoos for a bit, oil production goes down. I've never waited it out. I shower evry day in the summer, and every other day in the winter.
