How long do you think you'd last in prison?

I think if I was sentenced to prison I'd kill myself before I got there to escape the suffering, being a scrawny 5'8 white guy. So I wouldn't get there to last.
 
Not very long. I used to work for corrections and visited a couple prisons... you have NO idea how scary they really are until you're inside.
 
I've never really contemplated it, but I'm not sure I would do well. I don't think size is the issue. I'm 6'1" and about 200lbs, so while I'm not small I'm sure I would be quick work for even a few guys of normal size.

I'd be willing to best that most first-time offenders were of the impression that they couldn't survive. People are surprisingly adaptable even given horrible circumstances.

 
Just find the biggest guy in the yard and volunteer to be his bitch. You're instantly protected.

about 10 seconds....I'm 5'10 and a 150 pounds soaking wet....I can run but theres not really a whole lot of opportunity to do so in prison

And what type of prison might we be talking about?

In any case, I'm 5'11", 183 lbs, in good shape and I'm trained in H2H. I'd last.

Either way, it wouldn't be pretty, but I might die trying. If I had to fight dirty, I would.
 
I would hope that my size and moderate martial arts training would keep me safe, but I doubt I'd have the will to be away from my family for long.

As long as I had to. I would kill or maim until my last ounce of strength remained to avoid becoming someone else's bitch.
