Hello,
I have a 1.6a at 2.5 running at 1.65v with stock HSF on an ABIT TH7II (old 850chipset)
Everything works out great until I play warcraft III, it freezes a lot, and when I check the temp. after rebooting, its roughtly at 60c. Is this too hot?.. will this cause the CPU to throttle down which is causing my computer to freeze? WarIII doesn't freeze all the time, but when ever it does, my CPU is at roughly 60c's.
So some suggestions on how to fix this would be great. I'm thinking about getting a better HSF (can someone point out some trusty sites where I can purchase one)
I have 4 case fans in the PC now (3blowing in and 1 on top of the CPU blowing out) The case temp during the afternoon is roughtly 40-45c's and 35-40c's during the evening.
any help is appreciated
