so i sigend up for the sero plan, have an a920. ive been hung up on by the automated customer service number several times, there is massive lag in text messaging, calls are dropped, phone sometimes doesnt ring when you call it, etc...i just got it 2 weeks ago too. anyone know how hard this will be? i want a full refund(although i know thats unlikely) so what do you think sprint will do if i tell them i want out?
