I'm wanting to make the switch to Core2 as cheaply as possible. How does this look?

The only thing I'm unsure of is the motherboard choice. It looks to be a good deal on sale but I've read there's a revision 3.3 instead of the 1.3 this is. Is that going to make a big difference? I want to keep the MB selection under $100 so if you can recommend anything else that will be able to upgrade to the quad cores once they drop in price I'd really appreciate it.
Also, do you think going 4 gigs is worth it? I'll be running XP until they get Vista working a LOT better but am thinking at the price the Super Talent is priced at I might as well just grab the 4 gigs now.
