when I hear someone say I'm 47 or 57 I think wow, I have at least 20 to 30 years left

unless something crazy happens, then oh well

I am starting to realize/feel how old I am. My parents and in-laws are really showing their age and my kids are growing up so fast.

And, to make matters worse, my birthday is coming up.

BTW, get off my lawn.

30 = 40%

But 30 years felt FOREVER.. I mean all that memory from childhood.. elementary school.. middle school.. immigration to US, 18 whopping years here.. first kiss, school dances, college, moving out, jobs, heartbreaks AND I'm only 30?????

I mean, first 7 years don't even count as I don't even remember it.

I can't believe I still have another 60 years to go.

yea, life is really about how many meaningful experiences you can go through. the faster, the better, imo.

/shrug.

You can't control when you die...it's going to happen.

If I knew the day I was going to die however - I sure as hell would probably be more productive.
