Yeah it will run at full speed. AMD uses a direct connection to the memory, there is no FSB. AMD processors connect to the northbridge through a hypertransport link, which is faster than Intel's FSB, but it doesn't make a lick of difference in consumer level computers, where it matters is multiple-processor servers. AMD uses a formula to figure the RAM speed based on the CPU core clock (which is 200mhz at stock). All this used to be lined out in a sticky in CPUs and Overclocking, but either it has been taken down or I'm thinking of a different forum.
