The trend will be more accurate with more readings.do I?

If you're worried about weighing yourself with clothes on, you're too fat.
You can't do that.2 scales, one foot on each
not "worried," just a desire to be consistent. If you're worried about weighing yourself with clothes on, you're too fat.
I weigh myself at the gym, every other day. There's a scale in the men's dressing room but I use the digital scale in the coed section. At home I weighed the stuff that I have on me when I weigh myself (I have a "fish scale"). It comes to 3.8 lb., so I just subtract that from what the scale says. When you say you weigh x, is that with clothes or without clothes?
Do you measure naked?
Do you subtract x pounds for clothes from your measured weight?
Do you always use the same/similar set of clothes for consistency?
Do you think clothes weigh so little it doesn't matter what you do?
Do you carry lead weights in your pockets?
