end of the day, after mma so I'm nice and dehydrated In UA shorts/shirt. Also going to get biannual DEXA body scans 🙂 being student has it's perks.

I usually weigh myself in pounds...with clothes on. I don't subtract for clothing because it is such a tiny amount of weight it is probably within the margin of error of the scale I'm using.

- Cut nails.
- Get haircut.
- Shave.
- Workout to remove as much liquid as possible.
- Go to the bathroom.
- Shower.
- Weigh myself naked.

We used to weigh at work and have to subtract 12 lbs. for all the stuff we had to have on to do the job, hard hat, steel toe boots, coveralls (soiled with grease), etc.

Every day at the gym, wearing pretty close to the same amount of clothes.

OR

Naked, at YOUR MOM'S house, of course implying that I sexed up your mother.

If I'm actually trying to track my weight then I do it on the decent scales at the base gym always in my PT gear. If I don't care about it then just with whatever I'm wearing.

My biggest issue is re-enabling the artificial gravity on board. I like to disable it to piss the crew off :sneaky:

Usually in the morning right before jumping into the shower. Bonus if I've had some coffee already and took the morning deuce ahead of schedule.

Not every morning, though. Maybe every day if I'm trying to lose weight, but otherwise once a month or so.

If you're worried about weighing yourself with clothes on, you're too fat.
not "worried," just a desire to be consistent.

I wouldn't take off my clothes, weigh myself, and then get dressed again (or, like, insist on taking off my shoes/watch/sweater at the doctor's office) but I tend to weigh myself when I'd be naked regardless (eg: right before going into the shower)

When you say you weigh x, is that with clothes or without clothes?

Do you measure naked?

Do you subtract x pounds for clothes from your measured weight?

Do you always use the same/similar set of clothes for consistency?

Do you think clothes weigh so little it doesn't matter what you do?

Do you carry lead weights in your pockets?
I weigh myself at the gym, every other day. There's a scale in the men's dressing room but I use the digital scale in the coed section. At home I weighed the stuff that I have on me when I weigh myself (I have a "fish scale"). It comes to 3.8 lb., so I just subtract that from what the scale says.

I generally don't. One of the buildings at work has one in the bathroom (randomly...a doctor's office kind of scale with height measurement bar). If I happen to be in that building's bathroom I might check my weight but I don't check it regularly.

Usually with clothes on. I don't really take into account the slight differences that clothes add to the equation.
