No, it means I need to fart badly.

You do realize there are like what, 25 feet of intestines between your stomach and your ass, right?

Having gas in your stomach makes you burp, not fart.
I've been trying to burp it out forever and I've come the conclusion that I simply can't burp... ever. So are you saying that his pain is coming from his intestines ? I have the same problem... almost every morning and a lot of times during the day (I'm a fast food eater). If I drink even the slightest bit of carbonated soda, I'm in trouble... stomach becomes bloated and pain sets in if I don't let it out the rear end... are you saying this pain is coming from the intestines ? Cause I sure can't burp it out any way I try... it would be a lot less embarrassing.

You need more fiber in your diet. It's pretty simple, eat a salad a day or even two.
Oh, an cut out the fast food, it will clog you up.

Ex-lax can do the trick. Speak to a doc to get yourself cleaned out.

experiment with your diet to determine what causes you to have gas

Perhaps you have a digestive intolerance for a kind of food. What are you eating?

this is what i was thinking. lactose intolerance and wheat allergies can cause extreme gas when your digestive system is exposed to dairy or wheat products.

If you had gas in your stomach, you would burp. :p

I find it amusing when people have physical ailments and they come up with stuff that doesen't really even make sense when you think about it for more than 0.05 seconds :p

Anyway, what you are probably describing is your stomach cramping because it is empty(and emptying itself). To most people, this feeling is very uncomfortable and demands immediate attention(eating will cure it nearly instantly).

I describe it as feeling like my stomach is imploding, lol..

Eli,

Most people don't even know were they're stomach is at. When he says gas in his stomach, I am pretty sure he means gas in his lower digestive tract. A lot of people think their stomach is in their upper abdomen, but that is where the small intestine is at...

He could be lactose intolerant or have a bacterial imbalance...

coldcut, don't drink any milk for awhile, and eat some good yogurt every night before bed.

Oh coldcut, I have a good solution for you.

To get rid of the gas before you get to school, get up every morning and do some stretches. A 5 minute routine should be fine - touch your toes, lean to the sides with your arms, and then with legs, etc. And then do about 20 situps and 20 jumping jacks.

That might sound silly but that actually works really well to get rid of early morning gas...

Yogurt works, but you have to read the label and make sure it's made with ACTIVE cultures.

I think I can speak for him on this. I use to have the same gas related problems. Mostly because of the screwed up bowel movements I had, so I got some extra strength ex lax to get me back on track. I did not have to burp that's for sure. The gas does give the feeling like every muscle in your stomach has been ripped apart. It's nasty I know.

Could have Irritable Bowel syndrom. That is a wicked ailment to have.

I know I have suffered the same thing sometimes, it builds and builds until you are cramping so bad, then it just explodes. Don't shut the door to any room if mine is acting up,

But you already have a woman. Us single guys can't risk anything that might scare the ladies away.

hmmm..this could potentially be serious.

i knew of a friend of a friend who had a gas problem, all the time. so finally, she goes to the doctor and gets checked up and turns out she has colon cancer, half her colon had to be removed. Another symptom is diarhea <---spelling.

my sister, who is a pharmacist said, that is the extreme worst case senario, the other explanation could be your diet, the type of food your eating, etc....also, are u exercising?

I would get it checked up if i were you, the though of having to go to the bathroom using a pan for the rest of your life is horrible.

"Man's horror firecracker injuries"

.
The 26-year-old man suffered a fractured pelvis and severe burns to his genital area after a firecracker exploded between the cheeks of his buttocks.

From that page:
"I think films like that [Jackass] can influence people, particularly younger people," he said.
The guy was 26 years old. I don't really call that "younger people."

So firecrackers are going to have warning? "External use only - no for use as a suppository."

My diet consist of omelettes, sandwiches, vanilla coke, buffalo wings, chicken salad...

I'll try some stretches before going to school to see if that helps. If I don't fart, the gas I need to release comes back up to my stomach and makes a loud "BOOOOOOOOOOONNNNGGG" noise. Kind of embarrassing.
