Yes... In fact that's why flame shoot out of the tailpipes of real racecars... They run a really rich air/fuel mixture, and the unburnt fuel gets ignited by the hot tailpipe on the way out...
But I haven't even seen BLUE flames on real racecars, only orange flames... Hence this question/post...
