It's "fuh". And most places have shitty broth, which is what's supposed to be the most important component..... I also, always order the small size, which is still massive.
 
but do they make real egg rolls in that area..

or do they make spring rolls and pass 'em off as Egg Rolls

i've only found ONE place that makes real egg rolls..

Hummmm, egg rolls = Chinese food. Spring rolls = Vietnamese food. Big difference, my little grass hopper.
