How do you pronounce "ACCEPT"

As bad as the people who can't use accept and except right.....

You can ACCEPT gifts, EXCEPT when they're from someone you don't like...😉
 
In 'The Nanny' or whatever that show is on TV... 'asseptable' is frequently used in place of 'acceptable', and unfortunately, it's catching on. I wish that the TV networks would tell the woman (who is English, I think) to pronounce the word as is generally accepted, or to get the hell out.

I'm English, no matter how i pronounce anything i do it right and you Americanos pretty much all pronounce every word wrong.

Like ak-sept, that is just horrible.
