That sure looks like a graph, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what the variables are; time and temperature? Maybe if the axis are reversed.

I think 7, 13, and 14 are about the max I would prefer. Don't like black char. However anything below that and even including plain raw bread I will happily consume. Of course most of the time I'm eating stuff like # 1, burnt to all heck and thrown away...free for the taking and better than eating nothing.
