I like to chop up a baked potatoes into half inch by half inch squares, then put butter and creole seasoning over them. I throw them on the grill with my meats (charcoal) and let them cook.

Once i'm done flipping them over a few times I like to poke a few holes in the top so that they get that good charcoal flavor.

Just about all ways are delicious. Except tater tots. Fuck tater tots. Not a big fan of hash browns either.

Mashed is probably my favorite, then twice baked. Actually twice baked is amazing and maybe my favorite. For frozen potatoes, check out the potatoes o'brien. Very good.
