weights mon and friday. spin/yoga tues thurs. this is for maintaining tho. when I was trying to add mass it was weights 4 times week mon,tues,thur,fri and also spin/yoga on tues/thurs. make sure to vary the weight program every 6 weeks or your gaining will plateau.
for next year I'm going to concentrate on abs and back for the whole year. the more super fit people I see and talk to the more I realize that all strength starts and ends there. plus yoga 4 days a week, i think.
i don't think I am anywhere near fit... I have somewhat high cholesterol (however you spell it) i do trying to type faster than most people and run to frig and bathroom really quickly.
Been bodybuilding over 15 years. After that long it becomes a lifestyle. On weekends I allow myself to partake in any food or beverage of my choice without guilt. I eat tons of lean red meat, chicken and fish. I also drink lots and lots of water, and train 1.5 hours a day, 4 days a week.
When I'm away from the office, I like to spend my hours weight-lifting, running, swimming, cycling, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, playing soccer, honing my Jedi skills, and training in the art of Ninjitsu.
I work out at the gym 3-4 times weekly, and play Ultimate Frisbee at least once a week for ~2hrs. That seems to do the job OK, but I'm looking to bump up my workouts so I have better stamina at Ultimate.
I weight train 2-3 times a week, free weights mostly. Used to do cardio, but my weight workouts are pretty intense and get me winded, but I'll probably start again when I can get to a better gym. At least it's $2.50 per visit pay as you go...
I sit on the pot and take a dump daily. It's a routine I've been doing now for about 27 years. I've never actually weighed myself before I went in to take a dump but I bet if I did, I come out 10lbs lighter maybe even 20lbs.
Other days I might decide to do some exercises at home if I feel like it. I paly Tennis very regularly in the summer and play once a month maybe in the winter in indoor courts.
