I have a link for ya . . . . looking for it. . .n/m if you still want to know how to look like that pm me with your email, and i'll email you a workout plan that marines recommend their pre-candidates for a program in college. In order to get into the program each candidate must be able to do 3 miles in 18 minutes, 120 (i might be more, don't remember exactly) in 2 minutes and do 20 pull-ups. This test is graded on a scale of 100, and I think you need a passing score to get into the program, so obviously you dont' have to do 18 mins in 3 miles 24 mins might be ok, etc etc.

anyways, i havea workout routine that I can send to you, its supposed to get you into the condition where you can do those 3 things, and I'm pretty sure you'll look close to that when you're done.

yes, your stomach do need as much of a rest as your other muscle groups, they are muscles like any other part of your body.
