LOL come on, they are old enough to be ok with leaving. They are about a month old which is old enough to be given to a good home.
 
and yes cats kill millions of birds and stuff each year. best not to inflict human mistakes on the enviroment. if theres no other choice then get them put down. i guess its too bad we have a thing against eating them. we do have a serious problem with strays and such filling shelters to the brim after all. and no,t hey don't really have much chance in the wild.
