Unless you're attracted to her, what does it matter? Ask her out and see what happens, but realize that being turned down doesn't answer your question..

why not just ask if she has a myspace or facebook account? the rainbow colored background and the i support gay marriage banners are a clue.

if she has perfect teeth, wears polo shirts, has short hair that changes style every month somehow, and she listens to nothing but chick bands, you've got yourself a cliche

Who gives a fvck. she likely doesn't. If you ask her something like that you'll only come off as an idiot. If I had knowledge of something like that it wouldn't deter me from asking her out. Asking her about her orientation directly is honestly none of my business if I'm just getting to know her. If she wants me to know bad enough, she'll tell me.

Hell, what does it matter anyway. My last girlfriend was bi, but I didn't know until a month or so into the relationship. Even then, finding out was no big deal.
