How do you feel about your weight?

was 280....am now 245....want to get to 220-225....currently working getting there.......

I'd like to gain about 10 pounds of quality muscle. If I did that I'd be pretty cut. Right now I'm a slim 165 @ 6'.

What do you mean you need to loose weight? If you are tight, you would be muscular already!

I need to lose a bunch. Before I got hurt...~220. Now...265+
My level of activity is nearly ZERO because of the bad knee and bad back, so I can't burn anything off, and I STILL eat pretty well...Starting to look like Jabba the Hut...Hmm, Boomer the Hut?

My weight level is fine; my flab/muscle ratio is another story entirely.

I'm 6'1-6'2" (I forget) at about 195lbs with about 15% body fat. I'm trying to put on another 10 pounds and reduce to about 13% body fat. I'm gaining about 0.5 lbs a week of lean mass, so it will take a while.

I would like to lose about 25lbs, I'd prefer all of that to be fat. I've been bad with my exercising but my diet regime has been pretty good.

happy with it, i just want to convert more of it to muscle. 220 is respectable for 6'7
