How do you feel about your weight?

I'd like to gain about 10 pounds of quality muscle. If I did that I'd be pretty cut. Right now I'm a slim 165 @ 6'.
 
I need to lose a bunch. Before I got hurt...~220. Now...265+
My level of activity is nearly ZERO because of the bad knee and bad back, so I can't burn anything off, and I STILL eat pretty well...Starting to look like Jabba the Hut...Hmm, Boomer the Hut?
 
I'm 6'1-6'2" (I forget) at about 195lbs with about 15% body fat. I'm trying to put on another 10 pounds and reduce to about 13% body fat. I'm gaining about 0.5 lbs a week of lean mass, so it will take a while.
 
I would like to lose about 25lbs, I'd prefer all of that to be fat. I've been bad with my exercising but my diet regime has been pretty good.
