How do you ask a woman is she has a boyfriend / husband?

Easiest way I've found it to assume she has one, then say something whenever a chance comes up. If someone talks about their SO, then you turn and ask her, so, doing anything with your boyfriend this weekend? Or something like that.

Had a thought... We could come up with the perfect way to do this, but it would all be for naught. Look where we are. This is ATOT.
