In new claims

"Thank you for calling (company), this is DisgruntledVirus how may I help you?"

Now that I am not in a customer service job?

"Hello?"

If I feel frisky I will say "(dept) this is DisgruntledVirus"

External calls: "thank you for calling, this is "Lola" how may I assist you". (I should moonlight as a phone-sex operator)
Internal: "this is "lola".

"This is nakedfrog"
Don't need the company name or anything else as anyone calling me that doesn't know who I am has the wrong number.

When I worked at a BlockBuster Video years ago, I started giving the names of various religious figures when I answered the phone.

If it is an insurance company we make them wait for a few minutes.
Normal client: "This is RKS"
If it a PITA client it goes to VM.
If it is a potential settlement offer, we answer right away : "law office"
