none, from what i've heard is what has been built so far that has been sold to the public so far as 'the wall' is really replacement fencing, nothing new.

The real wall is now apparently CBP effectively closing its major ports of entry at El Paso and San Ysidro (the busiest crossing on this side of the planet) at random making people wait many hours in lines to cross into the US.

This appears to be unofficial policy to discourage legal border crossing which has been life in this part of the world for two centuries. Tons of people go back and forth daily for work/school/shopping/entertainment/etc. Slow checkpoints also mean that commercial deliveries will be late to their destinations. More economic drag for the country.

Following along the style of intense hatred, arrogance and racism that Trump is employing here in the USA and especially so along the southern border, if he gets a second term (of which I seriously doubt but not leave out) our southern border will follow the East German model circa 1950's-1991 where Trump will have fvcked things up so bad the wall will be modified to keep people in rather than keep people out.
