I'm scratching my head on his posts too. A true vegan diet is whole plant foods: Fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains. Nothing refined whatsoever, so I'm not sure which foods he's talking about when you pick 'em straight from the ground.
If he's talking about things like vegan cheese, or vegan mac'n'cheese, or boca burgers and stuff like that, then yeah that's not real vegan even though they put that label on it.
No, I'm talking about a MASSIVE carbohydrate dose which contains mainly fructose from fruits and veggies.
The addition would have to be beans and rice so you'd get at least some of the 8 essentials and then none of the Omega3 but overloads of the Omega6 which is the combo most notable for heart disease that we see in overeating all eaters but since you'll get there with just a tiny bit of the required calories you'll get there with 800Kcals a day.
There is NO way to get the Omega3 essential fatty acid through dietary means. You may think, safflower oil or flaxseed oil but for humans those are Omega6 oils since we lack the enzyme activity to transverse those into the Omega3 EPA which is an essential oil.
Look, you go walk with the shephard and eat the grass as you wish, but this bullshit that a vegan diet is in any shape or form healthy has to be called out on what it is.
In my granddaughters school a kid was taken to the hospital after fainting, his parents thought that a vegan diet was right for him after the age of 8... It's not a normal or healthy diet for anyone, anywhere, at any time.
You keep doing it for moral reasons if you wish but don't promote it as healthy because it sure as fuck isn't and keep your kids out of your political bullshit and let them eat healthy while you starve yourselves of vital nutrients.
