Nope; that's just for academic jobs; so new-mint Ph.D. only and we don't do post-docs.

Industry is much better paying.

Also that document used silly page numbering. WTF? Some other soon to be doctorate fluffing numbers and adding in complexity?

That's the official survey from the top accrediting body in business schools. It's the preface to the report, which is released for free. The full break-down is sold to member schools so they can better understand the market and the level of candidate they are seeking.

This is presented by the doctoral-group for marketing:

You can see the dead-worst (red no pubs, doesn't speak English well, abrasive and poor dissertation) came in at 70... but I started my program with more qualifications than that. The median make 118k and the mode is 120.

The top 1/3rd averages about 160k, as a starting Ph.D.

So, you see, I'm being conservative when I say 120k/y.

The BLS write-up is more down-to-earth; but that's because it includes non-accredited people teaching at non-accredited universities.
