How do I get XMEN Oblique muscles

You can build muscle isometrically but that is not the method most people would recommend.

Do squats and whatever your training is. End with abs or back.

abs = russian twists
back = hypers

Aim for 8reps x 4sets range. Once you get use to them, add weights.

You can also do suit case deadlifts. Basically a deadlift but the barbell is not in front of you but to your side and you pick it up with one arm. Do 6reps on each side and 2sets to start with. Increase to 3sets on each side. This will work your obliques also.

Bah. I heard this a while ago so I could be wrong, but apparently he had too much muscle in his neck that it snapped something, I think.

EDIT: I guess not.

A short time later, Lee complained of a headache, and Ting Pei gave him a prescription analgesic known as Equagesic. At around 7:30 P.M., he lay down for a nap. After Lee didn't turn up for the dinner, Chow came to the apartment but could not wake Lee up. A doctor was summoned, who spent ten minutes? attempting to revive him before sending him by ambulance to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. However, Lee was dead by the time he reached the hospital. There was no visible external injury; however, his brain had swollen considerably, from 1,400 to 1,575 grams (13%). Lee was thirty-two years old. The medical staff examining him concluded that the immediate cause of death was a cerebral edema. Dr. R.R. Lycette of Queen Elizabeth Hospital determined that the swelling in the brain, and Lee's untimely death, was the result of an adverse reaction to one of the compounds in the prescription Equagesic tablet. On October 15, 2005, Chow stated in an interview that Lee was allergic to Equagesic. When the doctors announced Bruce Lee's death officially, it was pronounced Death by Misadventure.

This is the exact reason why we shouldn't succomb to medicine. We're suppose to evolve to be maintenace free, not weakly dependent. idk, some where , i think we just took a wrong turn in our evolutionary path.. THEN AGAIN,, if mutants (xmen) do exist.. hellz yea.
