1. Good, so that opens up all the fall/summer sports. Ride bikes, play catch. How old are you vs. him?
2. Help your parents out. Spend less time on the computer yourself; get him interested in other stuff.
3. Argh. Don't bother with trying to prohibit them - pass that along to the parents as well -outlawing them will just make him want them more, and hide them. Vicious circle, etc.
Just try to broaden the kid's interests a little. Call me old fashioned, but at four, you shouldn't be inside playing online FPSs - you should be out with your real life friends having fun. Even if he plays "Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists" instead of "Cowboys and Indians" ...
