Stop posting for a year.Well then stop eating. Don't eat for a year.Food and laundry cost money. If I'm buying food only to deliberately burn calories, then I am literally paying to run.Since when does exercise cost money? Walking, running, pushups, situps...I specifically requested diet suggestions. You're wasting cash if you're fat anyway, since you're eating calories that you don't really need.
So unless I eat exactly the amount and content that I am now, I will be unhealthy? Obviously, I don't require as much as I am eating. There are 2 ways to lose weight. You can either decrease your caloric intake, or increase your average metabolism.
However, only one way is healthy. There is much more to food than calories. You can't simply stop eating, expect to lose weight and remain healthy. It just doesen't work like that.

If you insist on losing weight without exercise and you want to remain somewhat healthy, the only way is to reduce your caloric intake but increase the nutritional density of the foods you're eating.
Foods are more than calories. If calories were all we required, we would just eat flavored lard for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Oh, wait.
