So, I killed it and ate it.

The hard part was putting it into the boiling water. The easy part was eating it.
Yum...Yum...Yum...

I feel uncomfortable putting an alive crab into boiling water. When it gets close to the water, it starts struggling and that makes it even harder to do it.

1: A LIVE CRAB
2: A LIVING CRAB

^ both of these are OK. your choice, however, is an abomination.

PS: did you you really type the thread out as original, title too? That is awesome, I give you a pass.

Use it as an item to revive a downed comrade. The item has increased potency on Australians.

Three inches of water with salt dissolved, drop the crab in and steam it. It's not boiling that way and it'll taste better. Immobilize in freezer first if you want. Or kill it prior to cooking by take an icepick and put it straight down through the shell over his head, then steam it.

If you give it a good knock right on the front of the face with any blunt object it will rub its face for a second then be knocked out. Then you can boil away.

Next time, use a tazer. I have no idea if it would work, but it could be interesting to see what happens.

Put it in cold water to begin with. Turn up the heat, put lid on, and walk away for awhile.
