how can americans get so fat??

I'm walking at a nearby park, they're giving away free ice cream so I stop by for a cup
There's a girl who looks to be about mid-late 20s, cute face, decent upper torso, then WHAM! her waist is as wide as a tow truck. I'm not exaggerating about this. Her waist was so large, I mean how the heck does that happen? It looks so unproportionate and not natural. Call it genetics or whatever but if I were her, 1) I would not be getting free ice cream, 2) cry myself to sleep every night and be ashamed of being in public

And the sad thing is that we are not even the fattest country. 🙁

People need to stop slacking and get to eating.

Every Moroccan I know that moved here gained weight... including myself, but I drank a lot of beers in college tho.

I'm early twenties, just had some bloodwork done, and have high bad cholesterol, and am not very fat. Gotta admit, I've gotten a bit pudgy since being unemployed for 2 months straight. Maybe I'll lay off 2 eggs a day.

its not just the US. people all over are getting fatter. part of it we are eating more, eating more fattening foods, having jobs that have you sit most of the day etc.

And what do women do when they're depressed and crying? They eat ice cream.

I mean, I hate fatties and lonely cat people, but is this thread necessary? Jeebus this guy doesn't stop trolling 24/7.

It takes about 2 minutes to down a cheezeburger with 600 calories in it.

It takes about 60 minutes on a treadmill to undo that.

Most skinny people claim to "eat like a horse" and most fat people claim to "not eat very much at all". It must be some kind of dark magic that defies the laws of physics.

A McDonald's double cheeseburger has 440 calories. The single is 300.
Just sayin'

It's not so much physics, it's just common sense. If you asked WHAT the fat person ate, it would all come together. (usually it's something along the lines of, "just 4 pop-tarts and a cream cheese bagel for breakfast"). If you ask what the skinny person ate for breakfast, it was probably a bowl of cereal, an orange, a banana, and a glass of juice.
