Right now Buy.com has the All-in-Wonder X800XT for 230$ after rebate and coupon, and I am thinking of jumping on this deal. My current rig has a 6600gt@600/1150, am I going to see a huge improvment in performace from this upgrade? (the rest of my rig is a64 3000+@2.2ghz and 1gb pc3200 ram)

Nope the X800XT AIW is the exact same speed as an X800XT.

And to the original poster, you should definitely see a nice improvement. I wanted that AIW as my "last" AGP card too but ended up with the Microcenter X850XT because it was(until this sale) cheaper and a bit faster.

The XT is MUCH faster. I noticed quite a bit more performance swapping a 6800GT @ Ultra OC speeds to a XT at XT-PE speeds.

Another Question..I currently have a 250watt powersupply in my Shuttle XPC right now (+12v@16A). I'm wondering if I can give enough juice to this card. I know X800XT requires at least a 300watt powersupply, but Shuttle makes quality powersupplies, so I'm not too sure about it.

You'll see a big boost in performance going from the 6600GT to the X800XT.
