don't have time to make eggs at home for breakfast, but at work we have egg starts.
i just pour in a bowl and nuke it.

basically it will be that, plus specialK (with raisins or fresh fruit), a banana, and a casein protein shake.
hows that for breakfast?

There's nothing wrong with having them, but keep in mind they don't consist of very many calories. IIRC, it's something like 30 per serving. Perfect for dieting, but if you're trying to gain weight, you need calories. So just keep that in mind.

I prefer having a dozen whole eggs or a 1500 calorie protein shake for breakfast. ;)

A DOZEN??

I eat 4 large eggs (eating both whites and yellows) every few days and people tell me that I eat a lot of cholesterol. Now, I've read that egg cholesterol is largely a myth, but 12 eggs in one sitting? Wow.

Are you sure you don't mean the egg white is low in calories? A medium sized egg is around 70 calories. The egg white is probably something like 15-20 calories.

Topic title states "Egg Starts" which I believe is basically 99% egg whites.

Now we're talking. :) I try to limit myself to 6 eggs per sitting, otherwise I'd run out of eggs.

Haha you guys are savages. I'm tryin to get there though. I eat a full breakfast and THEN drink a Cyto-Gainer shake most mornings. May the Cyto-Gainer lead me to the promised land of hugeness.
