somehow i think this character is over doing it a bit - especially with the searching the house and all. may be they ran out of ideas...
 
I think he is playing the character perfectly. House left a rectal thermometer in him, plus he treated the cop like crap. The cop is acting like any cop would on a power trip... he wants House to show him respect.

I don't like the cop, but I think that is poses an interesting situation for House. I think his instinct for self-preservation will kick in over his pride. Perhaps he'll have to go to rehab...

Yes, but I think House is being outright retarded. He's causing himself a quite a bit of grief and situations where he could hurt himself in the end. All he needs to do is give and G-D apology. Pretty stupid if you ask me.

And yeah, I like the way this story line is shaping up. House had it coming!
 
Did you guys see the way that cop was grilling Wilson last night!? I wonder if he's gonna get hemmed up for sticking his neck out?

hmmm, looks like lot of you like the new character.

somehow i think this character is not in sync with the main storyline of the show, and i thought they made a mistake with this character. i guess they did their homework, huh. 🙂

edit - this new character sort of reminded me of that investor guy who continually forced house to fire one of the juniors (i guess first season). good that they got rid of that character.
 
I think it adds more tension to the show, but really I just like to watch House make fun of people. I'm just waiting for this conflict to end with House pwning the cop. It's gonna be sweeeeet.
 
He needs to hit him with a nightstick and then spray mace on his eyes and then tazer him--yyyyyyyyyyeaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!
 
i dont like him

probably because he doesnt quite conform to my idea of an american cop which is all mouth, shouting alot, waving his gun around, slightly fat and taking the power trip express every time the slightest oppertunity arises (read tazering the boy with the bible)

he speaks to slowly and clearly, almost sinister.... but at least the abuse of power is there (pulling house over for realy no reason relating to how he was riding, and arresting him for having pain killers, albeit un-prescribed pain killers) but to be fair house did probe his ass with a thermometer LOL.

the show is soo true to life almost, even in this country where we arent quite as in your face aggressive as some americans, we have people with no medical knowledge thinkin they know better than the guy who took 7-8 years of teaching to become a doctor. the cop guy really didnt have much reason to doubt houses diagnosis but that wouldnt be interesting TV now would it.

still maybe it was about time house met his match, and hopefully this results in house getting his own way. its great when people try to take over him and in the end he proves them completely and utterly wrong and they just stand there like "WTF just happened"

they dont even show house here, well they did on ch 5, but not anymore and i havent been able to see it on Sky TV (we have loads of american channels, and i think house in on Fox is it? we get that but ive not seen if house is being aired)

i rely on torrents, and i see that most are HDTV rips, we dont have HDTV really in the UK so i guess it wont get aired here
 
I haven't seen this epsiode but I assume the cop found House's stash of IV morphine?

How did he get access to the appartment anyway?

GOD DAMN TV, everytime I try to get away they pull me back in.
