Hey dumbass, they've been "investigating" for over 2 years. If they haven't found it by now they never will. BTW the "trial" would be held in the Senate, not the House.
Hey dumbass do you know who is Individual #1? Hint, an un-indicted co-conspirator

The transcript reads like a mob shakedown. It's extremely damning. To use 250 million dollars of tax payer assets to get a foreign country to provide you with a damaging investigation to your political rivals... I mean this is stuff you only see in fiction.

Lol...The White House accidentally sent their talking points in dealing with this issue to the Democrats. And then asked the Democrats to send the email back.

Who knew email was so complicated?

Just in case anyone was still wondering if Fox News is actually the Republican Party News:

They are simply repeating the White House talking points verbatim, as if they came up with it themselves, without saying that they were fed this information directly.

There will be a floor vote. As soon as the investigation recommends it. It will take a few months. That is how this works. You investigate, then you impeach. You don't hold a trial before you do the investigation.

that's not how it worked ~12 times with Hillary, though!

You see why they are confused. Republicans are very, very stupid people.

The WH should have sent it to Hillary's email server it would have been lost.

Impeachment is a process. The decision to investigate does not require a vote. The vote to impeach is analogous to a grand jury deciding if there is enough evidence for a trial. First we have to investigate to get that evidence, then we indict if there is enough.

they really do not seem to get it.
--or--
they are desperate to invent a process that doesn't exist, only so that they can argue against it and point and laugh at this "other failure."

ah, don't waste your time. It's the 2nd one!

I don't generally quote you because you are sort of a nutter, but you are correct. There has not been a vote on this impeachment inquiry. We don't actually have an impeachment process in progress at the current time. The base is being appeased because it looks like there is.

Yeah, the vote will be to impeach. The investigation is now.

Now that's interesting. I wonder if this will go anywhere in further discrediting all of Fox News?

...nah, can't get any worse in terms of reliability. But that is why their viewers love them. It's an IV drip of confirmation bias.

by the way, is there a version of that email that is legible somewhere? All that has been posted in these threads is that same tweet, and I can't read anything that is on that image.

Umm...impeach the motherfucker now.

Acting DNI threatened to resign if White House prevented his open testimony before Congress

The acting Director of National Intelligence threatened to resign over concerns that the White House might attempt to force him to stonewall Congress when he testifies Thursday about an explosive whistleblower complaint about the president, according to current and former U.S. officials familiar with the matter.

They tried to recall the message, it's a feature within microsoft exchange. IIRC it only works if nobody who was sent the message has seen it, which would be impossible in this case. Been a hot minute since I had to remember how that worked though.

Correction, it only works for people who haven't opened it. If you have, you get the recall message (but keep your ill-fated communique).

I bet cheeto is pissed about this guy. Since he's acting, its someone fatty put there.
Good for him standing up to this corrupt, immoral, dishonest administration. Someone finally grows a spine.

If he had a spine he would not have accepted the position in the first place. This is "cover my own ass," pure and simple.

What a difference a day makes, 24 golden hours.
The feces has finally impacted the motorized spinning wings.
Somebodies house is burning, down, now down.

Finally some positive movement. I knew Trump could not contain himself once he figured he was getting away with the Russian Investigation, As a matter of fact he made the call the day after. Dumb fucks going to dumb fuck.

The White House is denying this, and acting DNI Maguire just released a statement denying that he ever offered/threatened to resign. Curiouser and curiouser...I wonder who WaPo's sources are...
