Dropped his gun and lost his eye, another responsible gun owner no doubt.I find it amusing that he has that eye patch because he accidentally shot himself.

the J6C has released some of Hannity's texts to various whitehouse parties

January 6 committee seeks cooperation from Fox News' Hannity and releases texts between host and White House
Fox News host Sean Hannity was concerned about former President Donald Trump's strategy and conduct before, during and after the January 6 attack on the US Capitol, according to a letter sent to him on Tuesday by the House select committee probing the insurrection.www.cnn.com
Hannity had a direct phone number for trump, something even Eric trump didn’t have at the time.I wonder if Biden and his staff get texts directly from cable TV personalities with CNN, MSNBC, etc. And the right is always saying Biden is a puppet. Is that projection or what.

Fox News host Laura Ingraham warned against Trump encouraging protests at state capitols 'esp with weapons' in newly disclosed text to Mark Meadows
The newly disclosed text message shows Ingraham advising the White House on getting Trump to make "remarks on camera" against armed protests.www.businessinsider.com
It is always projection. If a Republican accuses someone of something you can be sure it is because they are doing it themselves. Is that projection or what.

I wouldn't have any hopes until he's charged. We already went through 3 years of "the walls are closing in", "the beginning of the end", and the ever popular "smoking gun".Still not gonna get my hopes up until after verdicts have been passed and appeals have worked their way through, etc.
closing on in....Giuliani subpeonaed along with attorneys Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell and campaign adviser Boris Epshteyn

Supreme Court Allows Jan. 6 Committee to Get Trump Documents
Time|6 minutes ago![]()
In a rebuff to former President Donald Trump, the Supreme Court is allowing the release of presidential documents sought by the congressional committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection. The justices on Wednesday rejected a bid by Trump to withhold the documents from the committee until the issue is finally resolved by the courts.
Umm resolved by who? There is no other options. The orange baby lost the court battle. All he can do is whine like a baby and hopes he can get is dumb followers to begin threatening justices nowRead the last part of that .... 'until finally resolved' .....
Means this ruling might only be temporary and full release could be blocked again.
or it means until there is a future case. the wording is not particularly clear.Read the last part of that .... 'until finally resolved' .....

let's assume things worked according to kavanaugh's thoughts - who would make the independent determination that EP was not valid, or that the needs of congress outweighed the privilege the president desires? SCOTUS?Beer Barrel sez:
“Without sufficient assurances of continuing confidentiality, Presidents and their advisers would be chilled from engaging in the full and frank deliberations upon which effective discharge of the President’s duties depends,” Kavanaugh wrote.
However, he goes on to say this power is not absolute.
“To be clear, to say that a former President can invoke the privilege for Presidential communications that occurred during his Presidency does not mean that the privilege is absolute or cannot be overcome,” Kavanaugh wrote.

I don't support that kind of confidentiality.

I think you need to go re-read that article and understand what they are saying there in that sentence. All they are doing is explaining what Trump and his lawyers where trying to do. Today's ruling resolved the issue they where banking on to delay and drag out the fight, meaning the "until finally resolved by the courts" no longer exist because that delay tactic was eliminated today by the SCOTUS because it was resolved by the highest court in the land.Read the last part of that .... Well, duh, a verdict isn't going to be passed until people are chargedI wouldn't have any hopes until he's charged. We already went through 3 years of "the walls are closing in", "the beginning of the end", and the ever popular "smoking gun".
